David Spofford, CEO
Mr. Spofford has 20 years of telecom, management consulting, and business ownership experience. In 2000, he co-founded Invoice Insight with its CTO Robert Smith. Mr. Spofford was named President of TEMIA (the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association) in 2007. He has successfully led Invoice Insight to three consecutive top rankings by Gartner Group and in 2006 and 2007 to Deloitte’s Fast 50 list recognizing the fastest growing companies in Virginia. In 2005, he was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist for the Greater Washington Area. As a co-founder of telecom tariff and contract consulting firm Morgan Tariff Management in the 1990’s, Mr. Spofford successfully developed its consulting practice and was responsible for sales, solution development, and services delivery. Robert Smith, CTO
Mr. Smith has more than 20 years of experience developing client server and Web-based information systems, building data warehouses and telecom analysis applications, and developing security applications for SRA International and Talos Technology Consulting. Mr. Smith co-founded Invoice Insight in 2000. He also served as CTO of StoneHouse EBA, a Web-based electronic bill analysis company. Scott Little, Chief Operating & Security Officer
Mr. Little has 20 years of experience in business operations and information systems management. He co-founded Talos Technology Consulting and was director of business operations at SRA International, project manager of financial and accounting systems at MCI, project manager for securing core financial systems at the U.S. Agency for International Development, and project manager for implementing and upgrading global treasury systems for Capital One. Mr. Little is also an attorney admitted to the Virginia Bar Association. J.D., M.B.A., University of Virginia; B.A., Johns Hopkins University.
Randall De Lorenzo, Chief Mobility Officer
Mr. De Lorenzo has over 15 years of wireless experience and is a nationally recognized thought leader and strategist, facilitating the development and implementation of mobile strategy for many leading global enterprises. He has negotiated in excess of $425,000,000 in enterprise mobility agreements. Before joining Invoice Insight, Randy was Vice President of Professional Services at Traq Wireless and founded the wireless practice of Telwares Communications LLC. Prior to that, Randy served in multiple executive positions at Verizon Wireless and its predecessors including Vice President of Finance and Special Pricing. Randy has been a speaker and panelist for many industry events on the topics of Mobile Strategy, Carrier Negotiations and Mobility Management. As an industry leader, Randy has been profiled in The Wall Street Journal and broadly quoted by The Washington Post, Seattle Times, MSNBC, Network World and many other media outlets.
